Title: Passerby, 2012, 1:14
One-minute documentary experiment. Within one minute presents four video channels in parallel to illustrate the first-person narrator’s journey to the interior of the concentration camp. The raw form of video and audio is justified in psychoanalytic intention to call a meeting of “the Real” by Jacques Lacan – pointless, hidden dimension napping underneath symbolically and imaginatively structured world. What is real is something most real, the material at the same time – as something that is based on the importance of fiction – is the farthest thing from reality.
