Title: RAOUL WALLENBERG, 2013/2014, 62 min

“From April 5, 1944 every Jewish person older than 6 years, irrespective of their gender, is obliged to wear, outside their home, on their left breast area of their outer clothing a 10 cm x 10 cm canary yellow star made of fabric, silk or velvet. The above mentioned sign must be attached with not easily removable stitching.”

“The official paper of April 21 lists new legislations about Jewish assets. The Minister of Commerce and Transport decreed with immediate effect the closure of Jewish shops.”

This was just the beginning of the “final solution”, the moving of Hungarian Jews to ghettos and transporting them to concentration camps in Germany.
